Referral Program Policy
Overview
This referral program policy outlines how Hosp Point manages referrals provided by external parties (“referrers”). The policy ensures transparency and fairness in rewarding referrers who introduce potential clients to Hosp Point’s consulting services.
1. Eligibility:
• Referrers must have direct relationships or contacts with restaurant and bar owners or decision-makers.
• Referrals must not be current leads or existing clients of Hosp Point at the time of referral.
• Referrers must provide accurate and complete contact information of the referred leads to facilitate the referral process.
2. Referral Criteria:
• Referrals must be businesses or individuals seeking consulting services related to restaurant and/or bar management, bar operations, hospitality branding, or related services offered by Hosp Point.
3. Referral Process:
• Referrals must be submitted through the official referral form on the Hosp Point website or directly to a Hosp Point representative via email or phone.
• Referrers must provide accurate and complete information about the lead, including contact details and specific service interests.
4. Reward Structure:
• Referrers will receive a kickback of up to 5% of the total contract value upon the successful closure of a deal resulting from their referral.
• Kickbacks will be paid out within 60 days of receipt of the initial payment from the referred client or, in the case of a retainer, monthly payments will commence 60 days after the contract commencement date.
5. Payment Terms:
• Payment will be made via bank transfer or other mutually agreed-upon method.
6. Exclusions:
• Referrals cannot be current leads already in contact with Hosp Point or individuals who have previously been referred by another party.
7. Program Modifications:
• Hosp Point reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
• Changes to the program terms will be communicated to referrers via email or through updates on the Hosp Point website.
8. Confidentiality:
• Referrers are expected to respect the confidentiality of client information and to adhere to all relevant data protection regulations.
9. Compliance:
• Referrers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their participation in the referral program.
